Dried red date, also known as Jujube is a native Southeast Asian fruit with a deep red color and sweet, chewy texture and it is used for centuries as a food and medicine. Take about 12 dates in a cup of water and bring to boil, then turn it off and let it sit covered for 15 minutes. Drain the dates in a sieve and reserve the decoction. Mash the dates through the sieve.
Mix together thoroughly!
