TCM Tea Talk with Sheralyn Hoiland B.Sc R.Ac on Menstrual Migraines

Do you or someone you know suffer from regular occurring migraines? It is common for women to develop migraines during puberty. Some grow out of it and others still suffer from migraines in their 20’s which continue through menopause, but they are less frequent than when they were teenagers.

There is help. Meet our Registered Acupuncturist Sheralyn Hoiland and learn how the migraines will change as you age and what you can do to never experience one again.

At the end of the interview we did some rapid fire questions so you can get to know Sheralyn a little better and see the lighter side of our clinic.
